1. Applying for employment:

To begin, simply provide us with an updated CV and complete the necessary application forms. We’ll then arrange for an interview via convenient online platforms like Zoom or WhatsApp. During this interview with one of our agents, we will check your English level and your qualifications. You will receive the needed support to adapt your CV to our standards.

Successful candidates undergo an interview via online platforms like WhatsApp, Zoom, or Skype with the hospital in Saudi Arabia. Upon success, an official job offer letter is provided. Holistically offers all the necessary support to assist you with completing the necessary paperwork.

2. Apply for Nursing Registration:

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) oversees the nursing registration process. This can be complex, but at Holistically we provide you with all the needed information, plus in case you would like to, you can hire our administrative service in order to take care of the process for you. The process involves four main steps:

  • Dataflow: We’ll facilitate the verification of your qualifications through Dataflow, a process that typically takes six weeks. You’ll need to provide scanned copies of documents such as your Bachelor Degree, Academic Transcript, Current Nurse License, Statement of Service, and Passport Copy.
  • Mumaris Plus: We’ll upload the required information to the SCFHS online portal, Mumaris Plus, once Dataflow verifies your documents. The SCFHS will assess your eligibility to be a Registered Nurse in Saudi Arabia, and upon approval, you’ll receive an eligibility number necessary for the next step.
  • Prometric Exam: You’ll need to pass the Prometric Exam, a multiple-choice test based on nursing specialties. With a passing score of 45% and three attempts available, most nurses find success without difficulty.
  • Professional Classification: After passing the Prometric Exam, the SCFHS will issue your Professional Classification, enabling you to proceed to the final stage with your hospital sponsor in Saudi Arabia.

If you have any questions about the process, the fees and approximate times, please contact us and one of our agents will gladly inform you in more detail.

3. Work Visa and Permits

The process, which typically takes 8-12 weeks, involves paperwork such as nursing degree authentication, police checks, and medical examinations. Our dedicated team will assist you with all the necessary paperwork and apply for your visa on your behalf.

4. Travel

Once you have obtained your nurse registration and work visa/permit, you’re ready to travel. Our Recruitment Consultants, who have firsthand experience working in Saudi Arabia, are available to provide support and resources to ease your transition. We’re passionate about sharing insights into Saudi culture, work environments, and daily life, ensuring you feel prepared and confident upon arrival.
